Travel Itinerary
Day 1 - Kathmandu Arrival
Our representative will meet and greet you at Kathmandu airport and transfer to your hotel. After lunch Visit Kathmandu Durbar Square and Shayambhunath. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
At. 06:00 PM: A short briefing about your tour program. If you are arriving late (after 4:00 PM) then we will have a briefing next morning at 09:00 AM.
Note: If you are reaching early we will arrange some sightseeing on your arrival day.
1. Kathmandu Durbar Square is one of the three Durbar Squares of Kathmandu Valley. The Malla king Pratap Malla erected the statue of Hanuman (the Hindu god of power) in this place and it was named Hanuman Dhoka. Taleju Temple, Tribhuvan Museum, the house of Kumari (Living Goddess), Kasthamandap, the temple of Kal Bhairav along with few other temples are some places to explore.
2. Swayambhunath is one of the most glorious, holiest and oldest Stupa in the world. It is Located on a small hillock in west Kathmandu hence commands an excellent view of the valley. The stupa was built in 460 A.D. by King Manadeva, is also known by the name “Monkey Temple”.
Day 2 - Drive to Pokhara. (210 KM)
At. 08:00 AM: After breakfast at the hotel, you will drive to Pokhara. (approx. 7 hours of driving) You can visit
Manakamana temple by cable car en-route and continue driving towards Pokhara.
In Evening c/in to the Pokhra hotel and overnight stay.
Day 3 - Sarangkot Sunrise, Pokhara Sightseeing
At. 04:30 AM: Early in the morning you will drive to Sarangkot hill for sunrise and the close up view of Himalayan ranges.
At. 10:00 AM: After breakfast you will go for half day sightseeing to David’s fall, Gupteshwar Mahadev Cave, World Peace Pagoda, Bindhyabasini Temple and Phewa Lake. You can also enjoy a boat ride at Phewa Lake in the evening.
1. Sarangkot is a picturesque hill station located near Pokhara, Nepal. It’s renowned for its panoramic views of the Annapurna mountain range, including Machhapuchhre (Fishtail). The area is popular for paragliding, offering thrilling opportunities to soar above the stunning landscape. Sarangkot also provides a serene escape from the city, with opportunities for hiking and enjoying the tranquility of nature. It’s a favored spot for tourists seeking both adventure and relaxation, making it a must-visit destination in Nepal.
2. David’s Falls: David’s falls is an amazing waterfall in Pokhara Valley which is nearly 500 feet long and runs 100 feet below ground level. It is also known as Patale Chhango which means underwater world. According to local old people, On 31th july 1961 a swiss couple Davi went swimming but the woman drowned in a pit. From that day the place is known as David’s falls.
3. Gupteshwor cave: Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, one of the longest caves of Nepal is nearly 3 Km long. There are some walls dripping water inside the cave and about 40m in, we can see the statue of Lord Shiva. Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave is near David’s falls.
4. Bindhyabasini Temple: Bindhyabasini temple is situated on the hilltop and 3000m from sea level. This religious place of Hindus living in Pokhara region is devoted to goddess Durga. Goddess Durga which is also known as Kali Mata is the symbol of a bloodthirsty goddess. Many people come here to worship and sacrifice animals.
5. Phewa Lake and Barahi Temple: Beautiful Lake Phewa is the second largest lake of Nepal. It covers an area of about 4.43 sq km with an average depth of about 8.6m, maximum water depth is 19m. The reflection of Mount Annapurna can be seen on Phewa lake. Another attraction of this lake is Barahi Temple made in pagoda style, which is an island in the middle of Phewa lake.
Day 4 - Drive to Kathmandu – Evening excursion
At. 08:00 AM: After breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu. On the way to Kathmandu you can stop at Chandragiri hill by cable car. Later, check in at the hotel and enjoy leisure time.
Day 5 - Pashupatinath Darshan – Airport Drop:
At 08:00am take your breakfast and visit Pashupatinath Tample. After Puja and all back to the hotel.
The last day C/Out from the hotel and moving towards airport.

Weather Conditions in Nepal
Second week of February to June (Post Winter to Late Spring) and October to December (Autumn to Early Winter) are the best times to visit Nepal. The weather condition will be good (occasionally raining in the evening) until the 2nd week of June, monsoon starts after that. If you like the rainy season you can make a trip in July and August too, or postpone the trip to September.
Use of Vehicle
The vehicle will strictly follow the above itinerary, you can’t ask/force the driver to take or visit any places that aren’t mentioned, additional surcharges apply on such uses or you can consult with us, in such conditions if possible we may consider.
Airport Pickup
We will be at the airport (opposite the main exit gate) with your printed name. After reaching Kathmandu airport you can connect to the available free wifi and text us once you collect your baggage, which will help us to be ready outside.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: “Mystique Mountain Adventure” offers you the opportunity to adventure at a specific location. They can provide transport, accommodation and other logistical support. But weather conditions are beyond their control. Therefore, if your experience is not as expected due to lack of snow in the winter area, “Mystique Mountain Adventure” will not be legally or financially responsible for the same. Before booking you should read their terms and conditions carefully where this is likely to be mentioned.
Cancellation and Force Major Policy/ Person:
* 30 days – 20 days left of travel 25% deduction. * Below 20 days – 10 days left of travel 50% deduction. * Below 10 days left of travel 100% deduction/ adjustment. * Accepted only a valid reason for cancellation.

Finalization of Itinerary & Services: All trip details—including hotel accommodation, vehicle type, destination plan, sightseeing schedule, and other inclusions—are thoroughly checked and finalized before the booking is confirmed. Once the itinerary is finalized, any request for changes will be chargeable.
- 2. Hotel Ratings, Reviews & Guest Preferences: All hotels provided by Mystique Mountain Adventure are carefully selected based on verified guest reviews, ranging from 3.9-star to 5-star ratings. Guests are requested to review the hotel’s ratings, features, and facilities carefully before confirmation to ensure they match your personal preferences, so that no change is required later.
- 3. Changes After Trip Commencement: After the trip has started, any modification requested by the guest—such as changing the hotel, vehicle, route, sightseeing plan, or destination—will involve additional charges, depending on availability and price differences.
- 4. Change of Hotel After Check-in: If the guest wants to change or upgrade the hotel after check-in, the guest must - • Pay the full charge of the originally booked hotel, and • Pay the additional cost of the new hotel. • No refund will be provided for the originally booked accommodation.
- 5. Hotel Change Before Check-in: If the guest wishes to change the hotel before check-in, all changes are subject to availability and price difference. The guest must bear any extra amount required for the upgraded or alternative property.
- 6. Vehicle Change: Requests for changing or upgrading the vehicle (e.g. Xylo/ Innova → Crysta, WagonR → Dzire, Bolero → Eartiga etc.) will be accepted only if available, and the guest must pay the difference in cost.
- 7. Destination or Itinerary Changes: If the guest wants to modify the destination or sightseeing plan during the trip (for example, adding or removing locations), such changes will: • Require additional charges, • Depend on road conditions, weather, and local regulations, and • Be fully subject to the driver’s and company’s operational feasibility.
- 8. Non-Refundable Services: Once the trip begins, the following services are strictly non-refundable - • Hotel charges • Vehicle charges • Entry fees / Permits • Any pre-booked activity
- 9. Force Majeure & Uncontrollable Situations: • In case of natural calamities, strikes, roadblocks, landslides, political issues, or government restrictions, the itinerary may change. • Any additional expenses arising due to such situations must be borne by the guest.
Child Policy
Children up to 5 years: Complimentary stay & travel (no extra cost, sharing bed and meals with parents).
Children aged 5 to 7 years: 50% of the adult package cost will be applicable.
Children above 7 years: Considered as an adult and full package cost will be applicable.
