Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by Guests:

✅ 30 days before departure: 50% refund of the paid amount.

✅ 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund of the paid amount.

❌ Below 10 days left of travel 100% deduction/ adjustment.

🚨 Any trip or hotel booking cancellation within the allowed time will be processed as per the hotel’s cancellation norms, and after trip confirmation, both the booker and guests must respect and follow the hotel’s cancellation and adjustment policies.

🔹 Force Majeure (Natural Calamities) Clause:

🛑 Mystique Mountain Adventure” shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or trip interruptions caused by –

* Earthquakes, floods, landslides, storms, heavy snowfall, or avalanches.

* Government-imposed travel bans or national emergencies.

* Any other unforeseen natural disasters.

No-Refund Policy:

* In case of trip cancellation during the journey due to a natural calamity, no refunds will be issued.

* All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.

* Token advance amount is non-refundable and can only be adjusted against the next trip or future booking.

🔹 Refund Timeline

⏱️ Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after cancellation approval.

💳 The refund will be credited to the original source account used during payment.
