Travel Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrival in Kathmandu.
- Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu
- Meet & greet, transfer to hotel
- Trek briefing & equipment check
- Leisure time or evening walk around Thamel
Day 2 - Kathmandu Sightseeing & Trek Preparation
Guided sightseeing of:
- Pashupatinath Temple
- Boudhanath Stupa
- Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple) Final gear check & trek preparation
Permit arrangements (TIMS/Sagarmatha Permit)
Day 3 - Fly to Lukla (2,860m) – Trek to Phakding (2,610m) | 35 min flight, 3–4 hrs trek
Early morning flight to Lukla (or from Ramechhap during peak season)
- Meet trekking staff & walk begins
- Easy downhill walk through Chaurikharka & Dudhkoshi riverside
- Arrive at Phakding
Day 4 - Trek Phakding ➜ Namche Bazaar (3,440m) | 6–7 hrs
Follow the Dudh Koshi River valley -
- Cross suspension bridges incl. famous Hillary Bridge
- Enter Sagarmatha National Park (permit check post at Jorsalle)
- Steep climb to Namche Bazaar
Day 5 - Acclimatization in Namche Bazaar
Altitude acclimatization hike to:
- Everest View Hotel / Syanboche viewpoint
- Optional visit: Khumjung village, Hillary SchoolExplore Namche town, Sherpa museum
Day 6 - Trek Namche ➜ Tengboche (3,860m) | 5–6 hrs
Easy walk to Kyngjuma village -
- Descend to Phunki Tenga (lunch stop)
- Steep uphill to Tengboche
- Visit Tengboche Monastery (largest in Khumbu)
- Stunning views: Everest, Ama Dablam, Lhotse
Day 7 - Trek Tengboche ➜ Dingboche (4,410m) | 5–6 hrs
Forest walk to Deboche -
- Cross suspension bridge over Imja Khola
- Pass Pangboche village
- Final gradual climb to Dingboche
- View: Ama Dablam, Makalu, Lhotse
Day 8 - Acclimatization in Dingboche
- Acclimatization hike to Nangkartsang Peak / Chhukung
- Panoramic views of Ama Dablam, Island Peak, Lhotse
Day 9 - Trek Dingboche ➜ Lobuche (4,910m) | 5–6 hrs
Gradual climb to Dughla (Thokla)
- Ascend to Thokla Pass – memorial viewpoint of climbers
- Walk along glacier & rocky trail to Lobuche
Day 10 - Trek Lobuche ➜ Everest Base Camp (5,364m) ➜ Gorak Shep (5,140m) | 7–8 hrs
Walk along Khumbu Glacier moraine -
- Reached Gorak Shep, drop bags
- Final stretch to Everest Base Camp
- Celebrate at the legendary EBC
- Return to Gorak Shep
Day 11 - Hike Kala Patthar (5,550m) ➜ Trek to Pheriche (4,240m) | 6–7 hrs
Early morning hike to Kala Patthar -Â
- One of the best sunrise viewpoints for Everest
- Descend back to Gorak Shep & trek down to Pheriche
Day 12 - Trek Pheriche ➜ Namche Bazaar | 6–7 hrs
- Retrace via Pangboche, Tengboche, and Phunki Tenga
- Return to bustling Namche
Day 13 - Trek Namche ➜ Lukla | 6–7 hrs
- Long downhill via Monjo & Phakding
- Final day celebrations with trekking crew
Day 14 - Fly Lukla âžś Kathmandu
- Scenic flight back
- Transfer to hotel
- Leisure shopping / spa / farewell dinner

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: “Mystique Mountain Adventure” offers you the opportunity to adventure at a specific location. They can provide transport, accommodation and other logistical support. But weather conditions are beyond their control. Therefore, if your experience is not as expected due to lack of snow in the winter area, “Mystique Mountain Adventure” will not be legally or financially responsible for the same. Before booking you should read their terms and conditions carefully where this is likely to be mentioned.
Cancellation Policy/Charge/Per Person:
* 30 days – 20 days left of travel 25% deduction. * Below 20 days – 10 days left of travel 50% deduction. * Below 10 days left of travel 100% deduction/ adjustment. * Accepted only a valid reason for cancellation.
Force Majeure (Natural Calamities) Clause:
“Mystique Mountain Adventure” shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or trip interruptions caused by – * Earthquakes, floods, landslides, storms, heavy snowfall, or avalanches. * Government-imposed travel bans or national emergencies. * Any other unforeseen natural disasters.
No-Refund Policy:
* In case of trip cancellation during the journey due to a natural calamity, no refunds will be issued. * All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.

- 1. Finalization of Itinerary & Services:
 All trip details—including hotel accommodation, vehicle type, destination plan, sightseeing schedule, and other inclusions—are thoroughly checked and finalized before the booking is confirmed.
 Once the itinerary is finalized, any request for changes will be chargeable.
- 2. Hotel Ratings, Reviews & Guest Preferences:
All hotels provided by Mystique Mountain Adventure are carefully selected based on verified guest reviews, ranging from 3.9-star to 5-star ratings.
 Guests are requested to review the hotel’s ratings, features, and facilities carefully before confirmation to ensure they match your personal preferences, so that no change is required later.
- 3. Changes After Trip Commencement:
 After the trip has started, any modification requested by the guest—such as changing the hotel, vehicle, route, sightseeing plan, or destination—will involve additional charges, depending on availability and price differences.
- 4. Change of Hotel After Check-in:
 If the guest wants to change or upgrade the hotel after check-in, the guest must -
• Pay the full charge of the originally booked hotel, and
• Pay the additional cost of the new hotel.
• No refund will be provided for the originally booked accommodation.
- 5. Hotel Change Before Check-in:
If the guest wishes to change the hotel before check-in, all changes are subject to availability and price difference.
The guest must bear any extra amount required for the upgraded or alternative property.
- 6. Vehicle Change:
 Requests for changing or upgrading the vehicle (e.g. Xylo/ Innova → Crysta, WagonR → Dzire, Bolero → Eartiga etc.) will be accepted only if available, and the guest must pay the difference in cost.
- 7. Destination or Itinerary Changes:
If the guest wants to modify the destination or sightseeing plan during the trip (for example, adding or removing locations), such changes will:
• Require additional charges,
• Depend on road conditions, weather, and local regulations, and
• Be fully subject to the driver’s and company’s operational feasibility.
- 8. Non-Refundable Services:
 Once the trip begins, the following services are strictly non-refundable -
• Hotel charges
• Vehicle charges
• Entry fees / Permits
• Any pre-booked activity
- 9. Force Majeure & Uncontrollable Situations:
• In case of natural calamities, strikes, roadblocks, landslides, political issues, or government restrictions, the itinerary may change.
• Any additional expenses arising due to such situations must be borne by the guest.
